Funding the highest-priority needs and most impactful interventions.

SISCO Holding has entered into a partnership agreement with Ektefaa Organization to empower families in need within the Makkah region, enabling them to become self-sufficient and productive. Ektefaa addresses the varied needs of these families by providing essential services such as water, sanitation, air conditioning, furniture, electronics, and kitchen utensils, thus alleviating their financial burden.

This collaboration involves data collection and research conducted within the framework of a strategic partnership with various sectors of society, aimed at promoting sustainable development. The signing of this agreement paves the way for the launch of the project in 2024.

In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where approximately 20% of the population resides in non-urban areas, and over 5,000 families reside in informal housing or unserved sites following the demolition of their residential areas, this initiative targets slum areas, aligning with Goal No. 11 of the United Nations Sustainable Development Program, which aims to ensure sustainable cities and communities.

This initiative follows a structured approach supported by data, beginning with the identification of target groups and a comprehensive survey to assess their needs. These needs are then verified and quantified to ensure better impact during the implementation phase. The progress of the initiative is continuously monitored to gauge its ongoing impact.
