SAUDI INDUSTRIAL SERVICES COMPANY (SISCO) ANNOUNCES ITS INTERIM FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE PERIOD ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2012 (NINE MONTHS)

 Saudi Industrial Services Company (SISCO) announces its interim financial results for the period ended 30 September 2012 as follows: 

 
  1.  Net profit in the third quarter reached SR 11,920,376 compared to net profit of SR 6,993,548 in the comparable quarter of 2011 with 70% increase, and compared to net profit of SR 10,967,460 in the second quarter of 2012 with 9% increase . 
  2.  Gross profit in the third quarter reached SR 54,143,469 compared to SR 48,666,002 in the comparable quarter of 2011, with 11 % increase. 
  3.  Operating profit in the third quarter reached SR 32,951,135 compared to SR 23,101,116 in the comparable quarter of 2011, with 42% increase. 
  4.  Net profit for the nine months ended 30/09/2012 reached SR 29,371,381 compared to net profit SR 11,557,141 for the same period of 2011 with 154% increase . 
  5.  Net profit per share for the nine months ended 30/09/2012 reached 0.43 compared to net profit per share of SR 0.17 in the comparable period of 2011. 
  6.  Gross profit for the nine months ended 30/09/2012 reached SR 154,140,675 compared to Gross profit of SR 123,257,646 in the comparable period of 2011, with 25% increase . 
  7.  Operating profit for the nine months ended 30/09/2012 reached SR 79,356,852 compared to operating profit of SR 53,967,505 in the comparable period of 2011, with 47% increase. 
  8.  .Net profit for the third quarter compared to the second quarter of 2012 and compared to the third quarter of 2011 and the nine months ended 30 September 2012 compared to the same period of 2011, is higher due to improvement in operating results of most of the subsidiaries.
